FRAUWENK, the communications consultancy specializing in technology and future-driven companies, has prevailed in a pan-European tender to lead strategic press and public relations for e-Residency of Estonia in Germany. The goal is to increase awareness of the program across German media, among founders, startups, and growing digital businesses, highlight the benefits of the Estonian model and ecosystem, and attract new users to e-Residency.
The e-Residency program offers foreign nationals secure access to Estonian e-government services while fostering cross-border entrepreneurship. More than 121,000 people from 185 countries have registered for digital residency since the program launched in 2014.
Numerous e-Residents use e-Residency as a platform to launch and scale their businesses in a digital, borderless, and future-proof environment.
Andrea Buzzi, CEO of FRAUWENK: “e-Residency is Europe’s digital champion. While others debate digital sovereignty, Estonia delivers concrete solutions. This is precisely the type of program Europe needs right now: bold, scalable, and driven by an entrepreneurial mindset. We are thrilled to amplify this vision through our communications—and to demonstrate how modern governance enables innovation rather than hindering it.”
Liina Vahtras, Managing Director of e-Residency: “e-Residency views itself as a Digital Nation for Borderless Business. In FRAUWENK, we have gained a PR partner who not only understands our vision, but brings it to the media with strategic foresight, journalistic excellence, and a strong network. Within just the first few weeks of our collaboration, we have already seen the immense potential of this partnership and look forward to what lies ahead.”
